INETSCREEN provides  movies, short films, shows, documentaries, online content and others; in a variety of genres and multiple languages viz. Malayalam, Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi etc.; streamed over the Internet to computers, consoles, mobile, tablet and other devices. By registering as a member or by using the iNETSCREEN Service in any way, you accept these Terms of Service ("Agreement"), which forms a binding agreement between you and iNETSCREEN. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement, do not use the iNETSCREEN Service.

Who May Use iNETSCREEN: You must be 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your province, territory or country, to subscribe in the iNETSCREEN service. Minors may only use the service under the supervision of an adult.

Notice To Parents And Guardians: By granting your child permission to use the iNETSCREEN Service, you agree to the terms of this Agreement on behalf of your child. You are responsible for monitoring and supervising your child's use of the iNETSCREEN Service.

License to Use iNETSCREEN: iNETSCREEN grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the iNETSCREEN Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes the right to view content available on the iNETSCREEN Service. This license is personal to you and may not be assigned or sub-licensed to anyone else. Except for the foregoing limited license, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public performances.

Mov on Demand: 
1. Based on Pay per Movie
2. Payment Amount and the Screening Validity period changes according to the categories

Subscription: 
1. Plans with 30 Days, 365 Days.
2. Subscription plans exclude Mov on Demand contents. 

iNETSCREEN has the right to change the Payment Amount and the Validity Period on both Mov on Demand and Subscription without any prior notice.

iNETSCREEN Service: iNETSCREEN regularly makes changes to the service, including the content library. In addition, we continually test various aspects of our service, including our website, user interfaces, promotional features, and availability of iNETSCREEN content.

You agree to use the iNETSCREEN service, including all features and functionalities associated therewith, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, or other restrictions on the use of the service or content therein. You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use content and information contained on or obtained from or through the iNETSCREEN service.

The quality of the display of the iNETSCREEN content may vary from device to device and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through, and/or the speed of your Internet connection. HD, Full HD, availability, is subject to your Internet service and device capabilities. Not all content is available in all formats. For example, Your favorite Malayalam movie, Live shows, Performing Arts, or early access to watch online may not be available in Full HD due to unavailability from the distributor’s side. The minimum connection speed for SD quality is 0.5 Mbps; however, we recommend a faster connection for improved video quality. A download speed of at least 5.0 Mbps per stream is recommended to receive HD content.

Privacy: Your privacy rights are set forth in our Privacy Policy, which forms a part of this Agreement. Please review the Privacy Policy to learn about:

• What information we may collect about you.
• What we use that information for?
• With whom we share that information.

Registration: To fully use the iNETSCREEN Service, you must register as a member by providing a user name, password, and valid email address. You must provide complete and accurate registration information to iNETSCREEN and notify us if your information changes. Your iNETSCREEN subscription will continue until it is terminated. To use the iNETSCREEN service you must have Internet access and an iNETSCREEN-ready device - which may be any PC, Laptops, Tablet & Mobile device, Smart TV, Xbox One, PlayStation, Chromecast, Apple TV, Apple, Nexus Player, Apple iPad, iPod Touch,  and a number of other popular internet-connected devices, which you may update at any time. Once subscribed to the service, then it is free for you to watch and stream anything from full feature-length movies to the latest reality and game shows. You can find the details regarding your iNETSCREEN subscription by visiting our website and clicking on the "Your Account" link at the top of the pages of the iNETSCREEN website under your profile name. We encourage you to use your real name. If you are a business, government, or non-profit entity, you must use the actual name of your organization. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any activity by authorized or unauthorized users. You must not allow others to use your account credentials and you must safeguard the confidentiality of those credentials.

Passwords and Account Access: The subscriber who created the iNETSCREEN account has access and control over his/her iNETSCREEN account and the iNETSCREEN-ready devices that are used to access our service. To maintain control over the account and to prevent anyone from accessing the account, the Account Owner should maintain control over the iNETSCREEN ready devices that are used to access the service and not reveal the password nor details of the Payment Method associated with the account to anyone. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account.

Term and Termination; Account Deletion:

Term: This Agreement begins on the date you first use the iNETSCREEN Service and continues as long as you have an account with us.

Account Deletion: You may delete your account by informing us at any time. Subscription accounts will remain active until the end of the subscription term and any renewal term.

Termination For Breach: iNETSCREEN may suspend, disable, or delete your account (or any part thereof) or block or remove any content you submitted if iNETSCREEN determines that you have violated any provision of this Agreement or that your conduct or content would tend to damage iNETSCREEN's reputation and goodwill. If iNETSCREEN deletes your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for the iNETSCREEN Service. iNETSCREEN may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.

Warranties and Limitations on Liability: The iNETSCREEN service is provided "as is" and without warranty or condition. In particular, our service may not be uninterrupted or error-free. You waive all special, indirect, and consequential damages against us. These terms will not limit any non-waivable warranties or consumer protection rights that you may be entitled to under the laws of your country of residence.

Content Restrictions: You may not upload, post, or transmit (collectively, "submit") any video, image, text, audio recording, or other work (collectively, "content") that:

• Infringes any third party's copyrights or other rights (e.g., trademark, privacy rights, etc.);
• Contains sexually explicit content or pornography (provided, however, that non-sexual nudity is permitted);
• Contains hateful, defamatory, or discriminatory content or incites hatred against any individual or group;
• Exploits minors;
• Depicts unlawful acts or extreme violence;
• Depicts animal cruelty or extreme violence toward animals;
• Promotes fraudulent or dubious business schemes; or
• Violates any law.

Code of Conduct: In using the iNETSCREEN Service, you must behave in a civil and respectful manner at all times. Further, you will not:

• Act in a deceptive manner by, among other things, impersonating any person;
• Harass or stalk any other person;
• Harm or exploit minors;
• Distribute spam;
• Collect information about others; or
• Advertise or solicit others to purchase any product or service within the iNETSCREEN Site (unless you are an official iNETSCREEN partner or advertiser and have a written agreement with iNETSCREEN).

iNETSCREEN has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor all conduct on and content submitted to the iNETSCREEN Service.

Disclaimers: iNETSCREEN reserves the right to modify the Service and content. You are responsible for providing your own access to the iNETSCREEN Service. iNETSCREEN has no obligation to screen or monitor any content and does not guarantee that any content available on the iNETSCREEN Service complies with this Agreement or is suitable for all users.

iNETSCREEN provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You therefore use the iNETSCREEN Service at your own risk. iNETSCREEN disclaims any and all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any other warranty that may arise under any law. Without limiting the foregoing, iNETSCREEN makes no representations or warranties:

• That the iNETSCREEN Service will be permitted in your jurisdiction;
• That the iNETSCREEN Service will be uninterrupted or error-free;
• Concerning any content submitted by any subscriber;
• Concerning any third party's use of content that you submit;
• That any content you submit will be made available on the iNETSCREEN Service or will be stored by iNETSCREEN;
• That the iNETSCREEN Service will meet your business or professional needs;
• That iNETSCREEN will continue to support any particular feature of the Service; or
• Concerning sites and resources outside of the iNETSCREEN Service, even if linked to from the iNETSCREEN Service.
